Things I Do When I'm Sad

Pray to Allah.
Bila lepas ambil wuduk & solat tu, boleh rasa tenang sangat. Cuba untuk berdoa pada Allah untuk diberikan petunjuk dan tenangkan hati, insyaAllah. Tu je la first thing yang saya cuba buat.


Laugh.
The most wonderful of having friends is that, they can easily makes you laugh, and they can even break your heart. Tapi bila I tengah sedih, kawan-kawan je la yang ada untuk buat I gelak macam orang gila. So bila I happy, hilang lah sedih. Maybe untuk short term period, but it is worth it!


Chocolate.
Seriously, mitos makan chocolate bila sedih tu berkesan bagi I. My favourite chocolate would be Cadbury Dairy Milk. 
Tak nak kacang, nanti lagi stress. Haha.


Take a Walk.
Keluar jalan-jalan pun fun. Especially bila ada kawan temankan, its like sambil you jalan you boleh gelak-gelak & huhahuha. Haa, faham tak? Hehe. Kalau jalan dengan girlfriends, boleh gossip sambil jalan, gossip yang tak overrr la. T__T


Cry.
Ni bila dah tak tahan sangat. Kita kena lepaskan, kan kan kan? Aww, malu~!
 (Tau pun malu, adehh.)


Dah laa, jangan sedih sedih dah okay? New exciting things ahead of you! You still have your family & friends who are always there by your side.
